The Central Michigan Local Planning group is the lead local workgroup responsible for managing community planning, coordination, and evaluation to ensure that the system of homeless services and housing resources make homelessness rare, brief, and one time. The Central Michigan Local Planning Body is a collective partnership of agencies and individuals committed to this charge through Gratiot, Ionia, Isabella, and Montcalm Counties.
